Highlights from the 2007 Festival

The 17th annual Rocky Mountain Writers' Festival was held April 2 – April 7, 2007.

The venues included: Piccolo Gallery, The College Market, Mocha Madness, Main Street Coffee & News, The Old Town Pocatello Building, and The Portneuf Valley Brewery.


Visiting Writers:

  • Judy Doenges (author of The Most Beautiful Girl in the World)
  • Jonathan Johnson (author of Mastodon, 80% Complete)

2006

The 2006 Rocky Mountain Writers' Festival was held March 27 – April 1, 2006. The venues of that year included: Main Street Coffee & News, Mocha Madness, College Market, and the Westside Players (The Warehouse). Featured readers were:

Carlen Donovan, Kristin Fletcher, Janne Goldbeck, Erin Gray, Brandon Hall, Joan Juskie, Leslee Leek, Steve Montgomery, Greg Nicholl, Bethany Schultz, Michael Sowder, Susan Swetnam, Jennifer Tonge, and several more.

As well as readers from The Caldera Writers, Black Rock & Sage (ISU Literary Journal), and Fort Hall.
